Annual Officers' Meeting

Please be informed that our Annual Officers? Meeting will be held on 16 May 2009 (Saturday) from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Hotel Rembrandt, 26 Tomas Morato Ave., Quezon City (near ABS-CBN).
The registration fee which includes the kit, lunch, a.m. and p.m. snacks is P850.00. Deadline for registration and payment is on April 30, 2009. Please pay either (1) directly to the DMI National Office, (2) through your Regional Representative, or (3) remit by interbranch deposit at DMI Bank account (Bank of Philippine Islands ? Intramuros Branch) under Account No. 4955-8137-53 and fax the deposit slip and names of delegates to telefax no. (02) 833-1203.
