Warm Greetings!
We are pleased to invite you to our Luzon Area
Conference which will be held at OLONGAPO CONVENTION CENTER,
OLONGAPO CITY on Sept. 5 & 6, 2009, with the theme:
DMII: Acting with Integrity, Serving with Love, Working
for Peace. We would like to make the arrangement earlier
so that we can plan and budget our time and money wisely.
Hereunder are the essential convention guidelines:
I. FEES - CONVENTION FEE
Php1,600/Member - if registered and paid
on or before July 30, 2009
Php1,700/Member - if registered and paid
on or before Aug. 15, 2009
Php300/Circle - Circle Fee with or without
Delegate
II. REGISTRATION
1. Please remit registration fees to the
account of Purisima C,. Tuliao, Bank of Philippine Islands,
Olongapo Branch, Acct.#
008273-104756.
2. Acknowledgement receipt will be mailed
to the circle address or upon claiming the kit from the Convention
Secretariat.
3. There will be no registration on the
day of Convention.
III. ATTIRE
1. Bring Class A uniforms for sessions and
masses.
2. Any formal attire with floral design
for fellowship night on Sept. 5, 2009.
3. DMI T-shirt for the tour (any color).
IV. ACCOMMODATION
A list of affordable hotels, pension houses
and inns with their rates and amenities is attached for your
reference.
V. TOUR INFORMATION
For those who would like to go on personal
or group tour packages after the convention, information material
will be available at the Convention Secretariat.
Please register early to enable
us to finalize our arrangements with the convention hall.
We hope to see you all and have a very meaningful
conference.
